Bryan Berman is a partner and Chief Executive Officer at The Automotive Partners. Prior to stepping into the role as CEO, Berman was a strategic partner for the company for nearly a decade. In addition to his leadership position at TAP, Berman is also the President of The Automotive Marketing Group (AMG), a marketing company offering disruptive digital marketing tools for large enterprise auto dealers. Berman has over 18 years as a multi-state franchise car, boat, and atv dealer and is a serial entrepreneur. He founded the Berman Investments organization in 2008, which provides management, consulting, and capital to businesses looking to expand via merger, acquisition, and organic growth opportunities.
Berman is a graduate of John Brown University and the Vanderbilt University School of Law, where he received a Juris Doctorate. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur and successful dealer, Berman began his legal career at the prestigious international law firm of LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & Macrae, LLP. He serves on several corporate and organizational Boards and continues to work in the areas of mergers and acquisitions.
Berman has been a member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO) since 2007. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Tulsa Chapter of YPO since 2013, the YPO Western Regional Board since 2014, and works extensively with the organization internationally. He has been a member of the State Bar of Texas since 1999, and a member of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas since 2000.
Hector Meza is the Chief Financial Officer at The Automotive Partners. Throughout his esteemed career, he has been a CFO consultant for both domestic and international companies that specialize in various retail products and services, including technology firms offering Software-as-a-Service, e-Commerce, Data Science, Marketing and Media operations. He has provided high level strategic consulting for companies such as Adidas, Pepsi, Under Armour, Fujifilm, and Intel. His expertise includes financial modeling, debt and equity investment analysis, strategic funding and capital planning, acquisition and sale consulting, operational consulting, and marketing and brand strategy.
Meza holds a BA from Cornell University and attended the Columbia Business School Global EMBA program with London Business School and Hong Kong University Business School. He is multilingual and able to conduct business in English, Spanish, French, and Swedish. He regularly lends his time advising organizations involved in environmental sustainability, cancer patient recovery services, and various indigenous rights projects for companies in Mexico.

Keeli Jernigan is President and CEO of Trans-Expedite, Inc., a full-service global freight, and logistics company servicing time-sensitive shipments of critical cargo around the world. She founded Trans-Expedite in 2001 and has overseen the company’s rapid growth to over $70-million in revenue.
Prior to founding Trans-Expedite, Jernigan’s experience in the transportation industry included administrative, operational, sales and sales team management responsibilities for several Fortune 500 accounts.

The implementation of lifecycle tools that create efficiency for the consumer, retailer, and wholesale markets are my expertise. Jake is a second generation Managing Partner of Hesselbein Tire Company of Oklahoma and has been with the company for 17 years. Hesselbein Tire of Oklahoma is a major wholesale distributor in OK, TX, AR, MO and KS.
Hesselbein Tire of Oklahoma is a C corporation company within its parent company of Dunlap & Kyle Incorporated. Dunlap & Kyle, and its partner companies, have 15 wholesale warehouse locations and 56 retail locations throughout MS, TN, LA, TX, AR and OH. Dunlap & Kyle/Hesselbein/Gateway is a family-owned company.
Jake has been considered Managing Partner for many years; however, it became official in 2014 when his father retired after 44 years. Prior to 2014, Hesselbein OK averaged 26 routes per week when delivering to customers across a five-state territory. Hesselbein currently averages 60-plus routes per week, focusing on convenience and customer service.
Jake was born and raised in Tulsa, Okla. He attended Cascia Hall Preparatory School and Kansas University. He and his wife, Abby, live in midtown Tulsa. They have 3 children: Parker (4-years old) – Lincoln Ann (2 years old) – James (6 months).
